What we collect

When you join the early-access list, we store: name, email, year of birth, city, country, gender, the time you accepted the 18+ declaration, and when the registration was created.

Year of birth and the 18+ checkbox are a self-declaration. This website does not verify your age or identity. Verification happens inside the Broily app if and when you create an account.

What this is not

Submitting the form does not create a Broily account, does not confirm an invite, and does not grant admission to the product.

Why we collect it

Solely to register your interest in early access and to contact you at the email you provide about early access. We do not sell this information. This site does not use advertising pixels or analytics SDKs.

How long we keep it

While early-access registration is open, we retain your registration. When collection closes, we either delete all early-access rows within 30 days, or — if a short launch-contact window is still needed — retain them for at most 90 days after close and then delete them. We do not keep the list as an indefinite archive.

If early-access collection remains open after 12 months, Broily reviews whether to close collection and run that deletion procedure.

Short-lived technical records used only to limit spam (hashed IP addresses) are deleted within 7 days.

Who can access it

Only Broily operators with authenticated access to the internal registration tools. Hosting and database providers (Vercel and Neon) process data as needed to run the site. Bot protection on form submit may inspect request signals via Vercel BotID.

Deletion requests

Email support@broily.club from the address you registered with, asking us to remove your early-access registration. We verify the request before deleting the matching record from our live database, aiming to complete this within 30 days. Residual copies may remain in Neon's change-history (instant restore) window until that window expires — currently 6 hours on Neon Free (capped history storage), or up to 7 days on Launch / 30 days on Scale if the project is upgraded and the history window is extended. Operators who previously downloaded exports are expected to destroy local copies when a deletion is fulfilled.

Participate survey

The footer link Participate opens a research survey hosted on Google Forms (https://survey.broily.club). Broily is responsible for that survey: what information is collected, why it is collected, who on the Broily team can access responses, and how those responses are used and retained. Google Forms hosts the survey and processes submissions under the applicable Google service terms.

Broily uses survey responses for product research and feedback, separately from early-access registration. Completing the survey does not register someone for early access or create a Broily account. Survey responses are not stored in this site's Neon database. The landing page does not embed or proxy the form.

Questions and deletion requests about the survey: support@broily.club. Broily's responsibility for the survey is not removed merely because Google hosts it.
